Steve Won't Pay You Back

I apologize for not having anything to post for the past month but I haven't received anything recently....However, I received a reiteration of something from Eric Andrews that needs mentioning and something else that is VERY interesting but nobody has been able to validate it so I don't want to put it out here yet.

It pains me as much as anyone to admit that I was conned out of my money....I should have known better but it happened and I want to share the following personally and hard learned advice for anyone that is about to have dealings with Steve or already has been conned:
  • Do NOT give him any money up front for ANYTHING.
  • He is NOT going to give you back your money
  • He is NOT going to meet you to give you a check no matter how many times he calls you
  • He is definitely NOT going to mail you a check
  • He is NOT going to finish the job
  • He is NOT going to buy your property if it's for sale. He even went so far as to give us a contract through an attorney (which he never paid)
  • He is most likely using your money to pay for his legal defense on previous charges
  • He will not honor any contract that you have with him

Once you are conned, file a report with the authorities and DO NOT talk to him anymore. It is a complete waste of your time and empowers him. I just hope that nobody else gives this guy any more of their hard earned money.

PS. The Grand Jury in Blue Ridge, Georgia, has reviewed our case against Steve Pannell and issued an indictment verifying that it is definitely criminal.

Steve Pannell has been a name I long forgot. Out of the blue today I googled it to find there is now a blog about him. He did some of the same things I am reading about to me in Birmingham, AL back in 2003. My story of lies, deceit, and disappointment are too long to post at this time. I had to get someone with access to govt records to find out some information about him. I had no help from the police. They were no help because he skipped town. I have a list of his addresses from Nov. 1990 - May 2003.
Even though I found the following info, the police did nothing to find him. Now I see five years later, he continues to scam more and more people. How sad.

His name is Steve D Pannell
I have his SSN if someone needs it.
His date of Birth is 06/08/1964.
He filed for bankruptcy in 1996.
I have contacted his family to be hung up on or letters not returned. I understand they are a questionable family. One day when I have more time, I will advise more of my details in hopes of catching this guy. He is scum. I got the same illness stories, broken promises, etc. It took a while to let it go but Steve wasn't worth my time. Unfortunately, I am not wasting my time on him but at least I could possibly help anyone out there catch this criminal.
